About the Role
You will configure and administer Workday business processes, security, reports, calculated fields, and tenant settings. You will run EIB data loads, manage release testing, monitor integrations, support payroll configuration, resolve system requests, and help teammates build Workday administration capability.
Requirements
- 4+ years administering an in-house Workday tenant
- Workday HCM experience
- Business process configuration experience
- Security administration experience
- Report Writer experience
- EIB experience
- Experience shipping and testing multiple Workday releases
- Written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Configure Workday business processes, security groups and roles, custom reports, calculated fields, and tenant settings
- Build and run EIB loads for data changes, mass updates, and audits
- Evaluate, regression-test, and roll out twice-yearly Workday releases
- Take ownership of the Workday tenant at go-live
- Monitor integrations and triage issues with IT and vendors
- Support payroll configuration
- Resolve system requests from employees, managers, and the People team
- Mentor teammates on Workday administration
