About the Role
You will optimize data stores for availability, scalability, and performance. You will design and maintain data pipelines, support clean and reliable data ingestion, and develop dashboarding and reporting capabilities that surface actionable insights.
Requirements
- Be pursuing a degree in computer science, data engineering, statistics, or a related quantitative technical field.
- Know relational or object database design, query optimization, and schema management.
- Have familiarity with AWS Aurora DB, Elasticsearch, and ETL or ELT pipelines.
- Have familiarity with BI tools, dashboarding frameworks, or automated reporting factories.
- Have an interest in autonomous systems or robotics.
- Know version-control systems such as Git and modern software-development workflows.
Responsibilities
- Optimize and maintain AuroraDB, Elasticsearch, and other data stores.
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines.
- Ensure data cleanliness, reliability, and efficient ingestion.
- Evaluate and scale QuickSight and modular dashboarding frameworks.
- Streamline reporting and surface actionable insights.
