About the Role
You will gather customer requirements, organize logistics operations, and design WES-centered system configurations. You will define interfaces and automation-solution specifications, coordinate customers, vendors, and developers, manage issues and projects, plan testing, support on-site deployment, and recommend operational improvements.
Requirements
- Experience in system development, system implementation, systems integration, or business-system development
- Experience in requirements definition, design, or customer engagement
- Experience advancing projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Fundamental understanding of system integration and business flows
- Business-level or higher Japanese proficiency
Responsibilities
- Gather customer requirements and organize logistics operations and issues
- Define requirements for warehouse automation systems
- Design WES-centered system configurations, operational flows, and interfaces
- Define specifications for robots, AGVs, automated warehouses, WMS, and peripheral systems
- Coordinate customers, vendors, and development teams
- Manage issues and advance projects
- Create test plans, support on-site deployment, and recommend post-launch improvements
- Promote standardization
