About the Role
You will own Manta Network’s Korea market end to end by defining go-to-market strategy, driving user and community growth, managing Korean-language channels, building relationships with KOLs and media, developing partnerships, and delivering offline events and local campaigns. You will localize products and marketing materials into natural Korean, share local feedback with global teams, and use analytics and AI tools to improve content, research, and community operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of marketing experience in Web3 or high-growth technology
- Native-level Korean writing ability and working English proficiency
- Existing relationships with Korean KOLs, community administrators, media, or exchange teams
- Experience independently organizing meetups or conference events in Korea
- Hands-on experience with wallets, DeFi, and AI tools
- Ability to explain L1, L2, staking, airdrops, and AI agents in plain Korean
- Ability to work independently across time zones
- Fluency with analytics and quest platforms such as Galxe, Zealy, Dune, and GA4 is preferred
- Short-form video or thread content creation experience is preferred
- Experience using LLMs and AI tooling is preferred
- Experience running paid campaigns on Naver, YouTube, and X with budget ownership and measurable ROI is preferred
Responsibilities
- Define the Korea go-to-market plan, positioning, narrative, channel mix, and quarterly targets
- Own local user growth, community size, and engagement metrics
- Build and manage Korean-language communities across KakaoTalk, Telegram, X, Naver Blog/Cafe, and DC Inside
- Produce localized content daily and run AMAs and campaigns
- Source, negotiate with, and manage Korean crypto KOLs, YouTubers, channel owners, and media
- Build partnerships with local exchanges, DAOs, and university blockchain clubs
- Deliver meetups, hackathons, conference side-events, and booth presence at Korean industry events
- Manage event budgets, venues, speakers, sponsors, on-site execution, and post-event conversion
- Localize products, documentation, announcements, and campaign assets into natural Korean
- Share local user feedback and competitor intelligence with product, business development, and global marketing teams
