About the Role

You will design aesthetically pleasing, innovative, and functional web pages and components for the e-shop and other digital (and occasional analog) touchpoints. You will take ownership of day-to-day UI and UX tasks: design from scratch, iterate, refine, and hand off implementation-ready assets. You will work with the Principal Designer to transform concepts and strategy into executed designs, apply and extend the design system across pages and files, collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs are feasible, and prepare assets, specs, and prototypes for development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UI and digital product design with a solid portfolio of shipped work
• Strong grasp of design fundamentals: layout, typography, hierarchy, and spacing
• Confident Figma user (components, auto-layout, variables, libraries, plugins)
• Understanding of web responsiveness and responsive design
• Comfortable working within an existing design system and following visual direction
• Experience working with developers and understanding implementation constraints
• Fluent in English
• Based in Europe
