About the Role
You will own MetaDAO's brand image and design user interfaces across the product, including the trading terminal, fundraising flows, and landing pages. You will create social media assets and conduct user conversations to surface insights and iterate on product experience. You will solve complex interaction design problems and craft high-quality, polished experiences.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience shipping software products
- Portfolio showcasing strong UX, UI, and interaction design skills, with a high bar for quality and craft
- Strong ability to think through complex interaction design problems and create experiences that feel magical
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Experience working for venture-funded startups (preferred)
- Knowledge of capital markets or personal experience trading stocks and/or crypto (preferred)
- Experience using and/or working on crypto products (preferred)
