About the Role

You will design end-to-end web and mobile product experiences for sophisticated financial instruments. You will turn complex financial concepts into clear, trustworthy flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces. You will help shape product strategy, evolve the design system and its documentation, partner with Engineering through implementation, and define and measure design success metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience designing web or mobile products
• Experience shipping fintech, trading, investing, or banking products is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated UI and interaction design craft with end-to-end systems and polish
• Ability to simplify dense, regulated, high-stakes financial information
• Ability to design scalable, cohesive experiences across a product ecosystem and design system
• Ability to collaborate and influence decisions across Product, Engineering, and stakeholders
• Ability to communicate design thinking clearly in a remote, low-oversight environment
• Product thinking and end-to-end ownership from discovery through shipping

Responsibilities

• Translate complex financial concepts and user needs into intuitive product experiences
• Design end-to-end flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile
• Contribute to product strategy with Product and Engineering
• Build and evolve the design system, documentation, and tooling
• Partner with Engineering through implementation to ensure quality and accuracy
• Define design success metrics and measure the impact of your work
