About the Role
You will lead and grow a frontier research group, hire and mentor researchers, and set the research agenda across world simulation, multimodality, robotics, and multi-agent learning. You will define the research roadmap and publication strategy, represent research externally, and collaborate with senior leaders on overall strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of research experience
- Strong publication record at top ML venues
- Technical expertise in generative video models, world models, multimodal learning, reinforcement learning, or robotics
- Experience leading and growing research teams
- Ability to set a research vision
- Willingness to be in the London office 3+ days per week
