About the Role
You will define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will own the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and optimization, establish scalable product processes, drive business metrics, identify product opportunities, and build and mentor the product team.
Requirements
- 12+ years of product management experience with leadership exposure
- Experience in Series B or growth-stage startups
- Ability to build processes, define product organization structures, and drive execution at scale
- Background in fintech, SaaS, or platform-based products
- Understanding of lending, payments, or embedded-finance ecosystems
- Experience working with engineering teams and driving product delivery
- Data-driven approach to product and business metrics
- Stakeholder management and ability to influence leadership decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Ability to drive outcomes end-to-end
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Build and implement product processes, frameworks, and operating rigor
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous optimization
- Drive revenue, adoption, retention, conversion, and lifetime-value metrics
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, risk, compliance, and operations
- Identify new product opportunities and scale existing platform capabilities
- Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability across products
