VP of Marketing

About the Role

You will create strategic marketing and communication proposals for multiple stakeholder groups, present and confirm strategies with senior management, translate strategy into 360° communication and marketing execution from planning to impact tracking and iteration, and get hands-on executing activities when required. You will manage and steer a team of senior, medior, and junior members, collaborate with other departments on key touch points, and represent the organization in digital and live events.

Requirements

  • At least five years of work experience in relevant fields
  • Good understanding and high level of interest in enterprise technology and/or decentralised ledger technology sector
  • High level of comfort with agile project management and key marketing and communication methodologies
  • High level of understanding of key traction and communication channels for stakeholder groups
  • Resourcefulness and ability to achieve fast and impactful iterations on marketing and communication activities
  • Experience leading teams in international environments, remote and/or on-site
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Independent and proactive work ethic
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and relevant online collaboration tools
  • Excellent verbal and written knowledge of the English language
  • Nice to have: High understanding of the SCRUM methodology
  • Nice to have: High understanding of Decentralized Ledger Technologies (DLTs)
  • Nice to have: Previous acquaintance with the OriginTrail ecosystem
  • Nice to have: Master’s Degree in a relevant field of study

Responsibilities

  • Create strategic marketing and communication proposals covering all key stakeholder groups
  • Present and confirm strategies with the CMO and management board
  • Translate strategic direction into 360° communication and marketing execution from planning to impact tracking and iterations
  • Execute planned marketing and communication activities hands-on when required
  • Manage and steer a team of senior, medior, and junior team members
  • Collaborate with other departments on key touch points
  • Represent the organization and the OriginTrail ecosystem in digital and live events
