About the Role
You will research, plan, and execute market launches and go to market strategies across multiple regions. You will analyze user patterns and large datasets to inform strategy, set targets, and assess resources. You will create launch playbooks, lead projects, own timelines and resource allocation, ensure operational readiness, and align stakeholders to deliver successful launches. You will bring structure to ambiguous situations and shape perceptions and behaviors through clear messaging and execution.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in GTM, Strategy, BD or Marketing roles in consumer tech, fintech or crypto projects
- Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional launches and projects
- Strong strategy and project management skills
- English fluency at B2 level or above
- Global or multi-regional experience
- Analytical and structured thinking and communication
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Go-getter attitude and proactive problem-solving
- Excellent communicator and influencer
Responsibilities
- Research, plan and execute market launches and GTM strategy across Europe, Middle East, Asia and Americas
- Formulate launch playbooks and systematize lessons learned
- Lead projects and own GTM timelines, resource allocation, and operational readiness
- Align Growth, Product, Operations and Compliance around successful delivery
- Analyze user patterns and data to inform strategy and targets
- Set targets and assess resources for launches
- Shape perceptions and behaviors through messaging and storytelling
