About the Role

As VP of Marketing, you will own marketing as a company-wide function. You will define the multi-year marketing strategy and roadmap, aligning brand, demand generation, and go-to-market investment with company-wide goals. You will build and lead an AI-native marketing function, designing the agents and systems that run marketing at scale. You will own the inbound engine end to end, from traffic and conversion through lead qualification and sales handoff, and be accountable for pipeline outcomes. You will drive product-led growth for an API-first product by building self-serve and usage-driven motions. You will shape category-defining brand equity for developers, engineers, and business buyers across digital, content, and event channels. You will partner with sales and product leadership to align strategy, targets, and launches, and provide the messaging, content, and enablement needed to close deals. You will establish KPIs and reporting cadences for the executive team and board, tying marketing spend directly to pipeline and revenue.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in marketing leadership, including experience building and leading teams or functions, ideally in fintech, payments, or B2B tech
  • Experience marketing in stablecoins, banking-as-a-service, or emerging financial infrastructure
  • Track record of scaling a marketing function from an early stage into a mature, high-performing operation, including modern, AI-driven approaches to running marketing at scale
  • Executive-level GTM fluency, with deep experience aligning marketing strategy with sales and product at the leadership level, including pipeline and revenue accountability
  • Inbound and demand gen expertise, with proven ability to build and scale inbound and lead generation engines that convert into qualified pipeline
  • PLG and technical-audience experience, with background marketing an API-first or developer-facing product, fluency in product-led growth motions, and the ability to speak credibly to engineers
  • Brand-building expertise, with a track record of shaping category positioning and narrative in a competitive market
  • Builder mentality, comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and ambiguity and building strategy and infrastructure where none exists yet

  • Partner with sales as an executive stakeholder, aligning strategy with sales targets and product launches and arming sales with the messaging, content, and enablement needed to close
