Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Significant scale-up experience in high-growth technology environments.
- Experience influencing company strategy, fundraising, and organizational design at board and executive levels.
- Experience building, mentoring, and scaling finance and accounting teams.
- Mastery of complex financial modeling.
- Ability to synthesize multifaceted data into actionable executive narratives.
- Ability to establish structure and discipline in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Sophisticated understanding of the crypto landscape.
- Experience with digital-asset treasury management and blockchain-native financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Architect the long-term financial roadmap.
- Lead treasury management and capital allocation strategies.
- Establish standards for financial reporting, audit readiness, and internal controls.
- Advise the executive team with data-driven insights and financial modeling.
- Design and implement scalable financial technology and data infrastructure.
- Automate reconciliations and provide real-time visibility into global performance.
- Lead cross-departmental M&A and tax-structuring initiatives.
