About the Role
You will lead enterprise sales and brokerage efforts, engaging C-suite decision makers to sell trading, stablecoin rails and tokenization solutions. You will manage complex deal processes, provide client feedback to product and engineering, ensure smooth execution with legal and technical teams, and oversee risk and trading execution for strategic accounts.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a brokerage trading or capital markets role with at least 2 years in a leadership position
- Extensive knowledge of cryptocurrency or digital asset markets highly preferred
- Deep understanding of market structure trading protocols and risk management in traditional and digital asset markets
- Strong network of institutional clients and proven ability to develop new business
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with regulatory compliance and commitment to high ethical standards
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic and often ambiguous environment
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage C-suite executives and key decision makers at large enterprises
- Drive enterprise sales for trading stablecoin rails and tokenization platforms
- Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
- Lead go-to-market activities including lead generation qualification proposal development negotiation and contract closure
- Partner with product engineering and marketing to align client needs with product capabilities
- Represent the company at industry events conferences and forums
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with financial institutions exchanges and blockchain platforms
- Oversee trading execution and risk management for brokerage operations
