About the Role
You will lead global payroll, immigration, relocation, and international-assignment programs. You will set strategy and governance, ensure compliance, manage vendors and distributed teams, improve service delivery through automation, and partner with Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Tax, and Talent Acquisition stakeholders.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading global payroll, mobility, immigration, relocation, or shared-services operations
- Experience managing geographically distributed teams
- Knowledge of global payroll compliance, international mobility, immigration, tax, and employment regulations
- Experience leading operational transformation and process automation
- Vendor-management experience
- Stakeholder-management skills across Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Tax, and business leadership
- Communication, problem-solving, and organizational-leadership skills
