About the Role

You will own mobility policies, individual cross-border cases, immigration casework, work-authorization compliance, and mobility vendors. You will establish employment models for new markets, track mobility costs and approvals, build case-management and reporting systems, and write clear employee-facing documentation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of global mobility experience with ownership of cross-border moves and immigration casework
• Fluency in US employment-based immigration and another major work-authorization regime
• Spreadsheet and HRIS reporting skills
• Ability to assess legal, classification, and permanent-establishment risk
• Written communication skills for policies, verification letters, offer rationales, and executive recommendations
• Ability to manage ambiguity, high volume, and shifting priorities

Responsibilities

• Own mobility policies for relocation, transfers, international assignments, cross-border work, and business travel
• Run individual mobility cases from scoping through post-arrival support
• Manage employment-based immigration casework with outside counsel
• Own immigration intake, documentation, follow-up, and case closure
• Own right-to-work compliance across jurisdictions
• Determine entity and employment models for new markets
• Manage mobility vendors, service levels, costs, and performance
• Model and track mobility costs and approvals
• Build mobility case tracking and dashboards
• Write employee-facing mobility and pay documentation
