About the Role
You will set engineering strategy and lead the organisation responsible for ongoing monitoring. You will oversee fraud, financial-crime, and transaction-monitoring platforms; lead managers and senior engineers; own shared decisioning capabilities and the model lifecycle; scale governed agentic AI; and deliver measurable risk and efficiency outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Set engineering strategy for fraud, financial-crime, and ongoing-monitoring platforms
- Lead backend, frontend, data science, machine-learning, and analytics engineering
- Lead managers and senior engineers and build leadership capability
- Own the Decision Engine and Decision Intelligence Platform
- Own the machine-learning model lifecycle from development through production monitoring
- Scale agentic AI within regulated workflows
- Improve fraud losses, automated alert throughput, and monitoring cost per member
- Align risk, operations, compliance, payments, engineering, and data science around one roadmap
- Build shared capabilities for global deployment while isolating market-specific logic
