About the Role
You will provide support and advice to external and internal customers in the Virtual Unit. You will work with customers and colleagues to deliver professional service in a friendly working environment.
Requirements
- At least level V education in economics or another field, or a secondary-school qualification
- Technical orientation and digital aptitude
- Active knowledge of Slovenian
- Good knowledge of English
- Knowledge of banking products, services, systems, and applications is preferred
