About the Role
You will provide customers with support through in-app live chat, phone, and email. You will take ownership of customer issues, identify solutions, represent Revolut online, and collaborate with international teams to resolve customer concerns. This role may include compensated night and weekend shifts to support 24/7 coverage.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, with at least a provisional certificate
- 18+ months of customer service experience
- English fluency at C1 level or higher
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain complex issues clearly
- Numeracy, analytical, and IT skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to solve problems independently
Responsibilities
