About the Role

You will develop deep product knowledge and turn it into compelling live experiences. You will own virtual events from strategy through follow-up, host and demonstrate products, prepare speakers, promote programs, extend event content, measure funnel outcomes, and build scalable operating processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in virtual events, product marketing, customer education, demand generation, or a related role
• Ability to learn technical products deeply and translate them into live demonstrations
• Experience hosting, interviewing, moderating, or presenting to professional audiences
• Ability to recruit, brief, and coordinate subject-matter experts
• Full-funnel growth knowledge including registration strategy, segmentation, testing, conversion, and post-event nurture
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation data
• Experience calculating return on investment
• Production judgment in rehearsals, technical readiness, live moderation, and contingency planning

Responsibilities

• Develop deep product knowledge

• Host, moderate, present, and demonstrate products live
• Identify, brief, and prepare speakers and subject-matter experts
• Build full-funnel promotion plans
• Track registrations and run audience and campaign experiments
• Create recordings, replays, clips, FAQs, demo flows, and education materials
• Measure activation, pipeline, revenue, costs, and channel ROI
• Build event processes, templates, scorecards, and reporting
