About the Role
Plan and execute virtual events, including webinars and workshops, that generate leads and engage customers. Coordinate event platforms, speaker preparation, design materials, promotion, live production, and post-event follow-up while collaborating with internal stakeholders, speakers, vendors, and partners.
Requirements
- Experience in demand generation marketing, field management, or event management at startups or fast-growing technology or SaaS companies
- Ability to plan, support, or execute up to double-digit virtual events per month
- Experience using project management tools such as Notion or Asana
- Experience with virtual-event technology and CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Goldcast, HubSpot, ON24, or GTW
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Canva or Figma to create virtual-event promotional collateral
- Experience using AI to improve workflows and solve problems
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Experience at a fintech or finance company
- Experience in high-growth startup environments
- Experience writing and designing for virtual events
- Experience working cross-functionally with direct and indirect sales organizations
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute virtual events that drive lead generation
- Coordinate platform setup, speaker preparation, design materials, live events, and post-event enablement
- Manage promotion through email, social media, and partner channels
- Collaborate with internal teams and speakers to organize event content and materials
- Monitor event performance metrics to inform future campaigns
- Partner with external vendors and partner teams to deliver high-quality virtual events
- Support post-event content repurposing, lead follow-up, reporting, and sales enablement
