About the Role
You will build and manage a portfolio of industry conferences executive gatherings and local meetups. You will define event strategies secure sponsorships manage budgets coordinate logistics lead onsite activations and oversee promotion execution and follow-up. You will collaborate across functions analyze event metrics and improve future event performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in event planning marketing or a related field
- Experience preferably within the technology or AI industry
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Proven experience planning and executing engagement and lead-generation events
- Experience managing event budgets and negotiating contracts
- Passion for AI and emerging technologies
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel as needed
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute event strategies
- Build and manage a portfolio of conferences executive gatherings and meetups
- Define event tiers and identify sponsorship opportunities
- Lead the full event lifecycle from planning through post-event follow-up
- Manage event logistics and onsite activations
- Coordinate with marketing sales partnerships and product functions
- Track event metrics and optimize performance
