About the Role
You will establish and lead the Americas project-controls function. You will define governance, systems, reporting, cost and schedule standards, and risk controls; turn portfolio data into executive decisions; and build a high-performing project-controls organization.
Requirements
- 12+ years of project controls, program management, construction management, or capital delivery experience
- Experience establishing or maturing project-controls processes and governance
- Commercial and financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, contingency, change control, and contract administration
- Knowledge of CPM scheduling, integrated master schedules, critical-path management, and schedule risk analysis
- Experience building and leading project-controls teams
- Experience with Primavera P6, cost-management platforms, risk tools, advanced Excel, and reporting or dashboarding tools
- Bachelor degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Establish project-controls strategy, governance, standards, and reporting architecture
- Create policies, templates, and stage gates for portfolio controls
- Define data ownership, quality checks, update cadences, and escalation paths
- Lead adoption of project-controls systems, dashboards, and analytics
- Set standards for budgets, forecasting, cash flow, contingency, commitments, accruals, and change control
- Own consolidated portfolio cost reporting
- Establish integrated scheduling and schedule-health requirements
- Implement enterprise risk management across cost, schedule, technical, commercial, and delivery risks
- Provide decision-ready executive reporting and lead portfolio controls reviews
- Build and develop the Americas project-controls organization
