About the Role

You will provide project-controls leadership across multiple construction projects. You will lead cost managers, standardize cost and schedule practices, assess financial and schedule health, manage vendor deliverables, report insights to leadership and clients, and partner with construction, engineering, and procurement stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
12 or more years of experience in project controls and construction cost management
Experience managing multiple projects with area- or program-level accountability
Leadership experience with standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
Financial and analytical skills
Experience leading teams and managing external cost and scheduling vendors

Responsibilities

Lead project controls across multiple construction projects
Standardize cost management, scheduling, change management, risk management, and reporting
Lead cost managers responsible for reporting, forecasting, billing, and risk management
Assess cost and schedule health and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Communicate financial and schedule insights to senior leadership and clients
Manage onsite vendors providing cost management and scheduling services
Ensure accurate and consistent project reporting
Partner with construction, engineering, procurement, and leadership teams
