About the Role

You will optimize portfolio liquidity and financing, develop cash-flow projections, monitor cash and leverage, and negotiate credit facilities. You will coordinate financial projections and risk metrics, manage FX hedging processes, and direct Associates and Senior Associates supporting the work.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of investment management experience for the Vice President level
  • Minimum 3 years managing private market processes and portfolios, including permanent or open-ended capital structures
  • Private markets credit facility experience preferred
  • Advanced degree with a quantitative finance or modeling background preferred
  • Structured finance experience is a plus
  • Quantitative, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with treasury and financing functions, products, and providers
  • Experience communicating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Programming language experience, such as R, is desirable
  • Database design and analytical tool development experience is desirable
  • Ability to independently execute projects and direct support staff

Responsibilities

  • Optimize liquidity and financing usage with investment, risk management, operations, accounting, and tax teams
  • Build and maintain forward-looking cash-flow models
  • Monitor portfolios and manage cash levels, financing facilities, target leverage, and key performance metrics
  • Source and negotiate subscription line, NAV, and asset-backed credit facilities
  • Coordinate the sourcing, maintenance, and accuracy of economic projections
  • Build and monitor portfolio risk metrics against established risk guidelines
  • Manage FX hedging processes
  • Direct and mentor Associates and Senior Associates
