About the Role

You will lead fund performance analysis, remediation management, reporting, and governance. You will oversee performance and fees, present reviews to boards and management, validate performance data, develop policies, and automate robust data processes.

Requirements

• Over 7 years of investment or fund management or professional services experience with governance, oversight, or regulatory leadership
• Expertise in EU and UK fund supervisory regimes
• Knowledge of investment strategies, derivatives, leverage, hedging, and pricing
• Knowledge of fund value concepts and regulatory themes
• Project, partnership, and relationship management skills
• Risk, investment performance, attribution, investment compliance, or financial markets qualifications and experience
• Communication and reporting skills
• Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Smartsheet, and Python scripting proficiency
• Professional English fluency

Responsibilities

• Operate investment oversight processes for fund performance and fees
• Prepare and present reviews to management, boards, and committees
• Coordinate remediation of escalated matters
• Generate and review investment strategy guidelines and performance assessments
• Participate in product development and ongoing fund oversight
• Source, validate, and analyze performance data
• Prepare performance reporting for governance bodies
• Develop knowledge of asset-management regulatory frameworks
