About the Role
You will define product vision and strategy, turn business goals into a prioritized roadmap, and lead products from concept through launch and iteration. You will build and mentor a product management team, partner with engineering, design, data, CX, and leadership, and use user and market research to guide decisions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product experience
- Significant product leadership experience at early-stage or high-growth startups
- Track record of building consumer and/or fintech products
- Experience scaling product functions
- Experience hiring, mentoring, and building teams
- Technical ability to work deeply with engineers
- Finance, markets, trading products, crypto, or DeFi experience
- Knowledge of prediction markets and incentives
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and vision
- Translate business goals into a prioritized, outcome-driven roadmap
- Drive product development across trading, onboarding, discovery, growth, and new product experiences
- Own the product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration
- Hire, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers
- Partner with engineering, design, data, CX, and leadership to shape the roadmap and ship products
- Use qualitative and quantitative research to inform product decisions
