About the Role
You own the full AI product agenda across a user-facing conversational assistant, internal agentic systems, and shared AI infrastructure. You define product strategy, transform compliance and operational workflows, and ensure AI outputs are traceable, safe, configurable, and auditable across markets.
Requirements
- 12+ years in product and technology
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role owning technically complex products at scale
- Track record shipping conversational AI or agentic AI products as the owner
- Familiarity with LLM product architecture, multi-agent systems, RAG, tool use, evaluation, and safety design
- Experience in regulated environments requiring auditability and explainability
- Strong consumer product instinct and operational product rigor
- Fluency in financial markets
- Executive-level communication in English and Mandarin
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution of the conversational AI assistant
- Define the user-facing AI product and its trust model
- Own the agentic AI roadmap for internal functions
- Identify and transform high-leverage workflows into agent-driven systems
- Ensure AI outputs are traceable and regulatorily defensible
- Own product design of shared AI infrastructure
- Design orchestration, evaluation, safety, and governance capabilities
