About the Role
You will lead the design, development, deployment, and optimization of agentic AI solutions for networking. You will architect RAG workflows and AI systems, guide engineers, partner with networking stakeholders, establish model governance and monitoring practices, research emerging technologies, and resolve complex AI issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing and deploying scalable AI applications
- Strong Python foundation and experience designing and implementing agentic AI systems
- Advanced proficiency in LLM orchestration, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI-agent frameworks
- Expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems
- Experience leading technical teams, mentoring engineers, and delivering complex AI projects
- Experience with AI DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, model deployment, monitoring, and management
- Ability to identify AI opportunities to automate and optimize network processes is preferred
- Proficiency developing solutions across Unix and Windows environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of agentic AI solutions for network automation, predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and network management
- Lead the architectural design of RAG workflows, agentic AI systems, and AI solutions for networking environments
- Partner with networking stakeholders to define AI initiatives and technical requirements
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to AI engineers
- Establish practices for AI model evaluation, optimization, monitoring, risk management, and regulatory compliance
- Drive research and adoption of emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and methodologies
- Lead troubleshooting for complex AI issues in network environments
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, well-documented AI solutions
