About the Role
You will develop and deploy perception models for maritime, land, and air domains. You will optimize models for edge hardware, build labeling and simulation tooling, scale datasets, and collaborate with hardware, sensor, tracking, autonomy, and testing teams.
Requirements
- MS or PhD in a relevant field or 5+ years of relevant experience
- PyTorch experience on multi-machine, multi-GPU systems
- Experience optimizing and deploying machine-learning models to edge devices
- Python and/or C++ proficiency
- Experience with AI-powered development tools
- Ability to process large datasets
- U.S. citizenship
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance
- Willingness to travel as projects require
Responsibilities
- Develop target detection and classification models
- Deploy and optimize models on Jetson Orin boards
- Build foundation models for assisted data labeling
- Build perception-stack tooling for labeling and simulation
- Scale datasets through simulation, diffusion, and generative AI
- Optimize inference software for maximum frame rates
- Collaborate on deployment at Department of Defense testing and demonstration events
