About the Role

You will lead Service Desk, Systems Engineering, and Enterprise Technology leaders. You will set enterprise technology strategy, lead ERP and systems transformations, manage global IT operations, budgets, vendors, identity, assets, new-site buildouts, and AI-driven workflow automation.

Responsibilities

Lead Service Desk, Systems Engineering, and Enterprise Technology functions
Manage Director-level direct reports
Lead enterprise systems and ERP transformations
Manage ERP, CRM, supply chain, and business systems portfolios
Define and execute the multi-year enterprise technology roadmap
Own global IT operations, service delivery, SLAs, escalation models, and metrics
Drive AI adoption and workflow automation across IT operations
Oversee identity and access management and IT asset management
Manage IT budgets and vendor performance
Direct IT buildouts, onboarding, offboarding, and change-management governance
