About the Role
Serve as the Finance Business Partner to Crusoe's Digital Infrastructure Group, advising leadership on site selection and capacity planning, modeling and analyzing deals, building long-range capital plans, evaluating investments, leading financial reporting and forecasting, coordinating deal structures, and ensuring compliance with policies, controls, and audit requirements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience
- Experience in data center, real estate, infrastructure, or energy finance
- Expertise in real estate and infrastructure financial modeling
- Experience with NPV, IRR, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis
- Experience with deal structuring, due diligence, and negotiation
- Experience building investment frameworks and business cases
- Ability to communicate quantitative analysis to executive, board, and investor audiences
- Experience partnering cross-functionally and developing high-performing teams
Responsibilities
- Advise Digital Infrastructure Group leadership on site selection, capacity planning, and market expansion decisions
- Lead financial modeling and analysis for real estate transactions, power agreements, and joint ventures
- Build and maintain long-range financial models and prioritized capital plans
- Own investment-grade returns analysis for acquisitions, developments, and joint ventures
- Lead financial reviews, variance analysis, and executive, board, and investor reporting
- Own annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning
- Coordinate deal structures across Finance, Legal, Treasury, and Corporate Development
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and audit requirements
