About the Role
You will independently originate, market, structure, arrange, negotiate, and execute export credit agency financing transactions, monitor the portfolio, analyze transaction risks, obtain credit approvals, collaborate with global stakeholders, and comply with regulatory and group policies.
Requirements
- Minimum JLPT N1 certification or equivalent business-level Japanese proficiency
- At least 3 years of experience in structured product financing
- Experience in export credit agency finance
- Independent ECA finance marketing experience
- Ability to pitch, arrange, structure, negotiate, execute, and control portfolios
- Knowledge of banking products and credit analysis
- Transaction banking or structured trade finance experience is advantageous
- Knowledge of legal principles and ECA transaction documentation
- Business insight and deal-closing ability
- Technical skills and business acumen
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Responsibilities
- Originate export credit agency financing transactions
- Pitch transactions to external and internal clients
- Market, structure, arrange, negotiate, and execute ECA-covered transactions
- Lead or participate in strategic team initiatives
- Prepare internal reports on deal pipelines and profit recognition
- Monitor executed ECA-covered facilities
- Guide team members and transfer knowledge
- Collaborate with departments and the global ECA network
- Analyze transaction risks and support credit approvals
- Comply with MAS regulations and MUFG policies
