About the Role
You will take Amber from a validated concept to a working business over six months. You will build and operate the initial broker model, including a plot map, supply register, dispatch process, and field data-capture app. You will test pricing, collection economics, and farmer adoption in the field; recruit farmers, contractors, mills, producers, and buyers; and design the data trail required for future carbon-credit verification. You will shape the product, farmer experience, and evidence needed for investment decisions, while monitoring carbon markets, regulation, and competitors.
Requirements
- Experience in agritech, agricultural supply chains, logistics, climate tech, or carbon markets
- Ability to build trust with farmers, village heads, balers, and mill operators
- Ability to build low-code prototypes, including dispatch tools, field-data capture tools, and dashboards
- Knowledge of go-to-market strategy, pricing, and unit economics
- Experience with satellite or geospatial data, operational metrics, and cost models
- Fluent Thai and strong English
- Based in Bangkok or willing to relocate
- Ability to travel regularly to rural provinces
Responsibilities
- Own and launch Amber’s Phase 1 broker model, including the plot map, supply register, dispatch process, and field app
- Run field experiments on farmer pricing, collection costs, and collection-radius economics
- Recruit farmers, baling contractors, mills, biochar producers, and char buyers
- Design the data trail for residue baselines, pickups, kiln batches, and lab results
- Shape booking, pricing, and payment experiences for farmers and auditors
- Prepare evidence for stage-gate and investment decisions
- Track carbon-credit prices, the burning ban, climate regulation, and competitors
