About the Role

You will manage strategic supplier relationships to ensure reliable service delivery and cost efficiency. You will monitor vendor performance, resolve issues, and drive quality improvements. You will lead negotiations for high-value contracts, oversee third-party risk and compliance, control costs and budgets, and coordinate with operations, facilities, and IT teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or supplier management
  • Experience in data center operations, facilities management, or IT infrastructure environments
  • Background in managing large-scale vendor portfolios and strategic suppliers
  • Strong contract negotiation and commercial management skills
  • Working knowledge of third-party risk management and compliance frameworks
  • Strong analytical and financial management skills, including data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with external suppliers
  • Monitor vendor performance, resolve issues, and improve quality
  • Lead negotiation of high-value complex contracts and secure favourable commercial terms
  • Oversee third-party risk management and ensure vendor compliance with agreements and regulations
  • Manage cost control, budgets, and procurement planning
  • Liaise with Data Center Operations, Facilities, IT Infrastructure, and external partners
