About the Role
You will deliver and maintain standardized training for aircraft operators and maintenance technicians. You will evaluate qualifications and readiness, maintain training records, improve training materials and criteria, coordinate training with operational requirements, and support tests, exercises, and deployments.
Requirements
- Experience as a UAS operator, maintainer, or military aviation instructor
- Experience in structured training environments with formal evaluation processes
- Understanding of aviation procedures, safety, and standardization
- Experience conducting evaluations, certifications, or qualifications
- Ability to enforce standards and provide clear, direct feedback
- Communication skills

Responsibilities
- Deliver initial qualification training for aircraft operators and maintenance technicians
- Conduct instructor upgrades, evaluations, and endorsements
- Ensure adherence to standardized procedures, checklists, and training requirements
- Maintain oversight of individual qualifications, currency, and additional requirements
- Evaluate trainee performance and certify readiness for operational tasking
- Develop and refine training materials, syllabi, and evaluation criteria
- Enforce training standards and identify performance, curriculum, and execution gaps
- Coordinate training with operations, standardization, and maintenance teams
- Support test events, exercises, and deployments
- Provide mentorship and guidance to operators and technicians
