About the Role

You will bring user insights into the product design and development process. You will organize, facilitate, and analyze unmoderated and moderately complex moderated research; translate business questions into research objectives and plans; communicate findings clearly; identify improvements; and conduct heuristic analyses with recommendations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of User Experience Research experience.
  • Knowledge of User Experience Research methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience working on a cross-functional team with UX Design, Product, and Engineering.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate an advanced understanding of users and how they engage with products.
  • Understand the product, relevant user journeys, user needs, challenges, and business context.
  • Organize, facilitate, and analyze unmoderated and medium-complexity moderated user research.
  • Translate business questions or hypotheses into research objectives and clear research plans.
  • Communicate research findings across formats and connect them to business and customer goals.
  • Identify and articulate areas for improvement based on research findings.
  • Conduct heuristic analyses and make recommendations based on best practices.
