About the Role
You will be responsible for sourcing the highest-quality and most relevant experts based on the scope of research projects defined by Project Managers. You will develop a deep understanding of the types of profiles that are most relevant targets and topics within your assigned industry territories, leveraging research skills and an inquisitive mindset to find individuals who meet those profiles. You will also meet directly with prospective experts to evaluate their suitability for assigned projects and onboard the best candidates to the network. Proficiency in German (C1/C2 levels) is required for this role.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in research, recruiting, talent sourcing, market intelligence, or a related role requiring proactive outreach and candidate/expert evaluation
- Proficient German speaker (C1/C2 levels)
- Ability to manage fast turnaround projects, meet deadlines and targets
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail with ability to discern and precisely document core elements of expert skills or experience
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify the best-fit experts for assigned projects
- Work with Project Managers to confirm and refine project scope during research and sourcing
- Conduct email and LinkedIn outreach to prospective experts
- Coordinate and conduct calls with prospective experts to validate their background and fit
- Document experts' relevant experience clearly and concisely for evaluation by Client Contributors
- Answer expert questions and handle objections to maximize onboarding rate
- Negotiate expert rates to align payment with the value of expert insight and background
- Support scheduling of calls between experts and Client Contributors
- Monitor calls and troubleshoot connectivity issues
