About the Role

You'll kick off your journey with a focused training program designed to quickly get you up to speed with the company's systems and processes. From there, you'll gain hands-on experience working on real-life research projects, sharpening your analytical skills as you dig through large datasets to uncover meaningful insights. You'll learn how to prioritize the findings that matter most and turn them into actionable solutions. You'll be encouraged to take ownership of your ideas and contribute to innovative strategies right from day one, all within an environment that champions creativity, innovation, and exploration without limits. Overseas candidates who qualify will be asked to relocate to the Taiwan HQ office for a 12-month period as part of the onboarding process, joining in batches on dates to be confirmed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Math, Stats, Physics, Financial Engineering, Economics, or another highly quantitative field)
  • Juniors with less than 3 years of experience in relevant fields are welcome to apply
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and proactiveness in an independent research environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills fostering research discussion with various stakeholders
  • Proficient in Python and can learn C++ quickly
  • Proficient in ML techniques
