About the Role
You will design intuitive, user-centered workflows and tools, creating UX flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction patterns for demos and product features. You will lead website and marketing design, produce campaign assets, and create executive and conference materials. You will own the UX and visual design of product demos, collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing stakeholders, evolve design systems and brand guidelines, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of UX or product design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, visual design, and work across web, product, and presentations.
- Proficiency with modern design tools; Figma is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting design decisions to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, user-centered experiences for agent-facing workflows and tools.
- Create UX flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction patterns for demos and product features.
- Partner with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into functional designs.
- Ensure consistency across UX touchpoints, demos, internal tools, and agent experiences.
- Lead UX and visual design for the company website.
- Produce landing pages, digital assets, campaign visuals, and promotional content.
- Design executive presentation decks and conference materials.
- Own the UX and visual design for product demos.
- Develop demo flows that communicate product value and functionality.
- Maintain and evolve design systems and brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
