About the Role
You will administer, support, and enhance UKG workforce-management and employee-service solutions in a healthcare environment. You will configure labor rules, support scheduling and timekeeping, manage integrations and data, coordinate testing and upgrades, resolve issues, improve workflows and reports, document changes, and train users.
Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience administering or supporting UKG Pro Workforce Management in an enterprise environment
- Know timekeeping, absence and leave management, attendance policies, pay and work rules, accruals, Hyperfind queries, and configuration building blocks
- Have experience supporting healthcare or another 24/7 operating environment
- Have labor-rule configuration experience
- Be familiar with UKG integration tools, APIs, file-based interfaces, data management, security, and technical documentation
- Have experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management Analytics, UKG Bryte Assistive AI, UKG Pro People Assist, or UKG Document Manager
Responsibilities
- Administer, support, and enhance UKG workforce-management and employee-service solutions
- Support accurate time and payroll outcomes, staffing and scheduling, integrations, workforce data, and reporting
- Configure system rules for overtime, premiums, call-back pay, meal and rest periods, holidays, accruals, and seniority
- Monitor and troubleshoot interfaces and data quality controls
- Coordinate testing and upgrades
- Resolve issues and improve reports and workflows
- Document system changes
- Train users
