About the Role

You will build and run workforce operations for more than 50 data-collection operators. You will manage workforce lifecycle, shifts, leads, training, certification, quality, fleet readiness, timekeeping, floor logistics, continuous improvement, performance reporting, and data-governance practices.

Requirements

3–5 years managing a contractor or hourly workforce of 30+ people in high-throughput operations
Experience building workforce operations from the ground up
Experience with operator scorecards, SOP execution, and standardization
Hands-on shift-management and real-time problem-solving experience
Experience improving throughput, quality, retention, and certification metrics
Experience designing onboarding, certification, and performance-management programs

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end workforce lifecycle for 50+ operators
Run daily shift planning, station assignments, breaks, and coverage
Manage shift leads and escalation paths into engineering
Build and review operator scorecards
Design and execute quality-focused incentives
Build onboarding curricula and certification gates
Run live floor quality assurance against SOPs
Train and certify operators for new tasks
Maintain fleet readiness, rig health, swaps, and spares
Own contractor timekeeping, payroll-vendor relationships, and floor logistics
Manage VR teleoperation floor logistics
Run Kaizen and 6S continuous-improvement programs
Build operator career ladders
Define and report operational OKRs
Enforce data-governance requirements on the floor
