About the Role
You will help lead treasury operations by managing cash and liquidity, forecasting funding needs, modeling liquidity usage and returns, evaluating treasury products, supporting banking and credit activities, managing payment risks including stablecoin movements, improving processes and controls, and leading cross-functional treasury projects.
Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant treasury experience
- Experience in a shared service treasury environment
- Experience with payment operations, risk/credit, and banking partners
- Knowledge of ACH, wires, real-time payments, stablecoins, and related risks
- Experience with credit facilities and lending solutions
- Experience modeling and solving liquidity needs
- Analytical and business intelligence skills
- Experience using AI for treasury needs
- Stakeholder communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to mentor junior treasury team members
- Time-management skills
Responsibilities
- Provide treasury industry knowledge and best practices
- Build liquidity forecasting tools
- Model liquidity usage and returns
- Identify liquidity risks and solutions
- Develop cost of funds programs
- Evaluate treasury product offerings
- Advise internal business lines on liquidity and funding needs
