About the Role
You will manage daily cash and product operations across global treasury processes. You will process cash-flow transactions, oversee entity funding and liquidity, reconcile bank accounts, support audits and compliance, administer banking and exchange accounts, and improve treasury systems and automation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of corporate treasury operations experience
- Expertise in domestic, cross-border, FX, and digital asset payments
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience implementing or using a SaaS treasury management system such as GTreasury or Kyriba
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Analytical problem-solving and presentation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional partners
- Ability to respond rapidly to changing priorities
Responsibilities
- Prepare, assess, and process cash flow transactions, including payroll, tax, bank fees, and treasury payments
- Manage entity funding, capital calls, loans, grants, and intercompany funding and settlements
- Oversee daily cash operations, bank account reconciliation, and account configurations
- Provide audit support, coordinate FBAR compliance, and monitor restricted accounts and letters of credit
- Prepare and analyze cash positions and ensure liquidity for wallet and funding obligations
- Complete RLUSD treasury operations, OTC trading support, RPD, and treasury operations
- Manage AP and corporate payments using crypto assets
- Manage global bank and exchange accounts, KYC, signatory updates, FBAR reporting, and user access
- Review bank fees and yields, manage bank relationships, and process letters of credit
- Manage bank portal and treasury management system access and troubleshoot issues in Jira
- Review bank feeds, coordinate API and PIX credentials, and maintain centralized bank data
- Support GTreasury implementation and AI, Jira, and automation initiatives
