About the Role
You will resolve payment and funding exceptions, review outgoing payment batches, manage specialized disbursements, administer banking controls, monitor credit limits, reconcile bank activity, conduct banking audits, and support liquidity transfers and banking-platform expansion.
Requirements
- 3+ years of finance, accounting, or related experience
- 2+ years of treasury, banking operations, or payment-processing experience
- Excel or Google Sheets
- Looker or Metabase
- AI tools such as Claude or Gemini
- ACH, wire, and foreign-exchange transfer knowledge
- NACHA guidelines
- OFAC regulations
- Bank portal administration
- Reconciliation
Responsibilities
- Resolve payment exceptions and funding issues
- Review and approve outgoing payment batches
- Manage specialized disbursements and daily reconciliations
- Administer bank portal fraud controls and compliance responses
- Maintain banking data and monitor credit limits
- Collect bank statements and conduct pricing audits
- Execute intercompany liquidity transfers and support bank-partner onboarding
