About the Role

Manage day-to-day treasury operations supporting stablecoin issuance and redemptions, including reserve monitoring, wire and ACH settlements, wallet funding, fund rebalancing, controls, reconciliations, and documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in treasury operations, cash management, or payments operations at a bank, fintech, or financial infrastructure company.
• Hands-on experience executing wires, managing bank portals, and reconciling multi-account positions.
• Experience working across banking and emerging payment rails.
• Familiarity with stablecoins or digital asset custody is a plus.
• Experience at an early-stage or scaling fintech is a bonus.
• Comfort with Notion and spreadsheets for process documentation.
• Ability to learn and leverage new tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily reserve positions and ensure adequate coverage across fiat and on-chain providers.
• Resolve reserve anomalies before they become problems.
• Execute and oversee wire transfers, ACH settlements, and wallet funding across banking and custodial relationships.
• Build and maintain treasury rebalancing workflows across rails, partners, and reserve accounts.
• Optimize reserve returns across the portfolio for client benefit.
• Develop operational controls, reconciliation processes, and documentation that scale with transaction volume.
• Partner with finance, compliance, and engineering to improve the reliability and auditability of treasury processes.
