About the Role
You will administer client bank accounts and process banking transactions for Self-Invested Personal Pensions. You will reconcile accounts, process payments, Direct Debits, cheques, interest, tax reclaim requests, fee sweeps, and refunds. You will manage queries, meet service levels, identify risks, escalate exceptions, and improve treasury processes.

Responsibilities
- Reconcile client bank accounts within agreed timescales
- Identify and match client money promptly
- Create Direct Debits and issue correspondence
- Process payments, cheques, interest, fee sweeps, and refunds
- Maintain client bank account details and close accounts in line with procedures
- Process HMRC prefunded tax reclaim requests
- Manage the team mailbox and resolve banking queries
- Complete Direct Debit reconciliations
- Escalate issues, delays, exceptions, and control risks
- Improve Treasury processes and comply with procedures and regulatory controls
