About the Role
You will support the OTC Trading team by managing end-to-end partner onboarding, account maintenance, and portfolio reconciliation. You will coordinate onboarding for exchanges, payment service providers, and liquidity providers; monitor deal lifecycles; retrieve compliance documentation; support account reviews; resolve KYC, KYB, and KYT-related issues; and escalate onboarding blockers. You will also reconcile revenue, P&L, and inventory balances across fiat and stablecoin positions and analyze exchange execution performance.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in operations, client onboarding, or middle-office roles within fintech or financial services
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience coordinating with external clients and internal cross-functional teams
- Experience working at a cryptocurrency exchange, OTC trading desk, or in the Web3 industry
- Familiarity with KYC, KYB, and KYT regulatory frameworks and screening protocols
- Proficiency in Excel for daily financial and P&L reconciliations
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end onboarding workflows for new business opportunities, exchanges, payment service providers, and liquidity providers
- Support traders in monitoring deal lifecycles and follow up with prospective clients for required documentation
- Coordinate with Compliance on ACRA documents and with the Corporate Secretary on UBO profiles
- Track progress and report operational highlights, milestones, and bottlenecks weekly
- Assist traders with compliance preparations and periodic account reviews
- Resolve issues involving Know Your Transaction protocols and transaction monitoring
- Follow up with existing clients to obtain outstanding documentation for Requests for Information
- Escalate client pushback and onboarding blockers to the trading team
- Reconcile revenue, P&L, and inventory balances across fiat and stablecoin positions
- Analyze exchange execution performance
