About the Role
You will lead outbound engagement with APAC trading firms, exchanges, market makers, funds, and OTC desks. You will negotiate commercial terms, relay product needs, manage live counterparties, secure allocators and liquidity providers, and own trading-volume, open-interest, onboarding, capital, and programme-ROI metrics.
Requirements
- Native Mandarin fluency
- Existing relationships with APAC traders, allocators, and liquidity providers
- Knowledge of market microstructure, perpetual funding and margin, spot liquidity, and execution quality
- Knowledge of DeFi primitives, lending, looping, leverage, RWA tokenization, and go-to-market
- Track record of moving trading volume or flow
- Experience at an exchange, market maker, proprietary trading firm, fund, or protocol
- Based in APAC
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound engagement with APAC trading counterparties
- Identify trading firms and build paths to reach them
- Understand counterparty trading needs and close flow onto Solana venues
- Negotiate terms and rebates
- Relay counterparty product needs to application and protocol teams
- Manage live counterparty relationships, escalations, and VIP support
- Secure allocators, funds, and liquidity providers
- Own volume, open interest, onboarding, capital, and programme ROI metrics
