About the Role

You will lead the safe end-to-end execution of third-shift data collection operations. You will manage standard work, coach team members, address performance, resolve blockers, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and use data and observations to implement sustainable operational improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of employee performance management experience
• Experience leading large, fast-paced teams in an operations or production environment
• Analytical skills and ability to turn data and observations into actionable plans
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, push, pull, squat, and climb stairs for up to 12 hours and lift up to 49 pounds
• Eligibility to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Lead safe end-to-end third-shift data collection operations
• Promote a safe working environment and mitigate issues
• Manage standard work completion and adherence
• Provide real-time coaching to drive quality
• Manage performance and conduct difficult conversations
• Work alongside the team to understand blockers and fill in for shift tasks
• Partner with R&D, Fleet Operations, IT, and Building Operations to resolve problems
• Gather insights from data, accounts, and observations and translate them into action plans
• Evaluate improvement results with data and adjust plans
• Identify bottlenecks and develop solutions
• Design and implement durable tools and mechanisms for sustainable results
